Northern Black Hills Rotary is underwriting 4 films for Spearfish's Matthews Opera House's ArtCentral Film Series season 1. The purpose of these films is to highlight how arts can encourage community dialogue, empower and bring together people.
If You Build It was a wonderful film screened by The Matthews Opera House & Arts Center.The discussion afterwards about developments in South Dakota's Career Technical Education programs was inspiring. This is the kind of community bridge-building and dialogue that Northern Black Hills Rotary strongly supports.
