Today at 5:30 a.m. 11 members of the Spearfish-Northern Black Hills Rotary Club were on site at Black Hills State University to set up a fundraising event.
The BHSU Teacher Fair event coordinator called Brian Eberhard in a panic on Monday morning, asking to move the event set-up from 4 p.m. Monday afternoon to 5: 30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Rotarians answered the call in force! With the help of BHSU students, the 54-booth event was set up in only 40 minutes! BHSU gifted Rotarians with BHSU mugs and t-shirts for accommodating their needs, and 9 Rotarians continued fellowship over breakfast at The Millstone restaurant. What a crew!
